China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS) opened in Beijing on 2 Sep with the slogan of “Towards Digital Future and Service Driven Development”. Xianda (Tianjin) Seawater Resources Development Co., Ltd. made its appearance with its Tianjin Nangang Industrial Zone Integrated Seawater Desalination and Salt Making (300,000 ton/day Demonstration) Project in Malaysian section at National Convention Centre.

On 3 Sep, His Excellency Malaysian Ambassador to China Raja Dato' Nushirwan visited Malaysian section to attend the Gong Ceremony to celebrate the opening of CIFTIS, and received the interview by CCTV together with Xianda COO Mr. Cheng Jew Kien.

As the biggest comprehensive exhibition in service and trade, CIFTIS received global attention. Seawater desalination plays an important role in conservation of water resources, energy saving, environmental protection and circular economy.
