In September 2018, in order to strengthen the corporate culture and enhance the team cohesion, Xianda (Tianjin) Seawater Resources Development Co., Ltd. organised a team-building activity with the theme of home party. The venue was selected at a professional home-party facility. All employees were wearing uniforms, highlighting a warm and united atmosphere of the company.

In the afternoon, some colleagues arrived at the venue earlier to prepare delicious food for all. In the process of cooking, they showed their superb cooking skills, and worked collaboratively with each other in preparing the ingredients, washing, cutting and placing the dishes. The dinner for dozens of people was finished in a few hours. At dinner time, all the staff raised their glasses together, and the company leaders and employees expressed their expectations and determination for the future of the company.

After the dinner, people started to play games in groups. Some were playing poker cards, and other were singing karaoke. Most people chose to play the popular “Mafia”. The whole party was full of joy and laughter.

 
The team building activity was held successfully, which enriched the after-work life of the staff, and enhanced the communication between colleagues. New comers could quickly blend into the team and the trust amongst colleagues was also strengthened. Staff could bring more enthusiasm and initiative to work. Enhanced cohesiveness and binding will make more contribution to the development of the company.
