On 4 April 2019, we obtained the Construction Permit for the Receiving Facilities of Xianda Tianjin Nangang Industrial Zone Integrated Seawater Desalination and Salt Making Project, which was approved and issued by the Administrative Commission of Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area (Tianjin Nangang Industrial Zone).

On 28 May 2019, Xianda project team was mobilized to the construction site at Nangang.

Creating a safe and healthy workplace is one of the company cultures. Xianda also constantly conducts safety inspections around the temporary office and construction site to eliminate any safety hazards and to ensure the safety and health of all personnel.

Workers are drilling piles into the ground with quality control mechanism in place.

Pile testing are conducted to ensure loading bearing requirements are satisfied.

Xianda is committed to environmental protection and conducts construction in compliance with environmental protection regulations.

Vehicles are washed before they leave the construction site, so that dusts are not brought to outside.

The construction site is covered with nets to prevent dirt and dust from being blown to outside.
