On 13 April 2021, Xianda (Tianjin) Seawater Resources Development Co., Ltd. and the Institute of Seawater Desalination and Multipurpose Utilisation of Ministry of Natural Resources held a friendly basketball match where the players of both sides displayed their passions, skills, friendship and grace.

 

In the spirit of “Friendship Comes First and Competition Comes the Second”, the match kicked off with a whistle from the referee. The basketball court was filled with cheerful and competitive atmosphere. In the court, players were devoted to the game. They defended, attacked, dribbled, shot and competed for rebounding. Outside the court, the fans focused on the game and cheered for their teams passionately.

The game promoted the friendship between Xianda and Desalination Institute, released the tension from work and relaxed the spirits of players. The game also received great supports from the leaders of both parties. Mr. Ruan Guoling, head of Desalination Institute watched the full game and cheered for his players. The executive director Mr. Cai Wei even put on the jersey and played the game himself.

The game lasted for 48 minutes and Desalination Institute won the match by 29-28. Players of both parties are looking forward to more team-building activities in future, so that the friendship between them can grow even deeper.
